In person: Pick up a form at most public libraries, post offices, DMV offices, social service agencies, and at your county elections office. You can fill out the form at home and then mail it in. |

By phone: Call 1-800-345-8683 and leave your name and address. Be sure to do this at least one week before the registration deadline. Then a form will be sent to you, and you fill it out and mail it in.
