The services provided are:

  • organizing workshops and provide presenters for regional participants based on local needs;

  • hosting regional planning and information meetings;


  • coordinating training in the use of educational technology;


  • demonstrating the OTAN On-line Communication System;


  • providing new teacher orientation and instructional support for all staff;


  • updating teachers and administrators regarding changes in rules and regulations within the areas of 321, ESL/ABE, Correctional Services;

  • networking with other agencies providing similar services; and


  • arranging classroom visitations for the following types of classes:

      Seven levels of ESL
      GAIN
      High School Subjects
      ABE
      Learning Disabled
      Workplace Programs
      Basic Skills Class for Job Training (Eligibility Technician)
      Computer Classes and Office Skills
      Older Adults
