2. How does the nominee provide for the needs/learning strengths of all program's learners? (15 points)
3. How does the nominee promote learner involvement/input in all aspects of its program? (15 points)
4. Describe the nominee's productive and ongoing collaborations and partnerships with evidence of community involvement. (10 points)
5. Describe the nominee's ability to motivate adult learners and, if appropriate, volunteers. (10 points)
6. Describe how the nominee provides for access to services and for outreach to the learners or potential learners. (10 points)
7. Describe how the nominee addresses the learners' transition upon completion of program. (10 points)
8. Up to 10 bonus points may be earned for innovative/creative approaches to literacy or other special aspects of the program. (This is not, however, a required part of the nomination.)
