Heading: Credit Cards

There are two types of bank cards

Credit Cards

Credit Card
A credit card is like a loan.  You borrow money from the credit card company for purchases and cash advances and pay them back each month.  If you do not pay in full, you will also need to pay interest.

Secured Credit Card
You can get a secured credit card when you put money in an account to cover the charges you will make with the card. You pay your credit card bill when you get your statement each month. If you do not make the monthly payment, the bank will take the money out of your bank account to cover the bill. (This type of card can be good for people with no credit history or poor credit.)
