Lou's Dilemma

Lou is a teacher at a community based organization. He has recently been faced with some decisions related to his job description. He is talking with some friends about his situation. He also shows his friends the page in the employee manual concerning staff:

Employee Rules

2. Follow your job description.

3. Do not accept expensive personal gifts or money from students.

4. Do not see individual students outside of class.

5. Do not drink with students.

6. Share teaching materials.

7. Attend all staff meetings.

8. Respect the student's right to privacy and confidentiality.
