The Challenge: At a time when many of us are being asked to do more with less money and less time, it seems that the field of education is being pulled and influenced by two divergent and philosophically different fields of study:

The Opportunity: To learn about how the brain/mind works, how learning occurs, and then use this knowledge to create strategies that reduce difficulties and barriers to learning and increase success. When adults understand how they learn best and are vitally engaged in co-creating their learning experiences, they stay longer, reach their goals, and increase self-esteem.

The Key: By understanding how our students learn best and what their strengths and intelligences are, we can be much more effective in creating a win-win learning partnership so that students:
