I. Rulon grew up on a farm near Afton.

II. Afton is a small town.

A. It is in Wyoming.
B. 1500 people live there.
C. Few people have heard of it.

III. Rulon became a member of the US Olympics Wrestling team

A. Afton send 16 members of his family to the Olympics.
B. Rulon beat the Russian champion.
C. Rulon won the gold metal.

IV. He returned home to a hero’s welcome

A. He rode on a tractor in the parade.
B. Thousands of people came to see him.

V. Plans for the future

A. He plans to continue wrestling.
B. He hopes to be a role model for kids.
